Denzle G. Latty
It takes commitment, courage, dedication, passion, and vision to keep a dream alive. Ever since childhood, Denzle G. Latty dreamt of being a lawyer. As a youngster, growing up in Montego Bay, Jamaica he “practiced law” by vigorously defending himself when he had to provide justifications for his many pranks and with that the foundation for his unbridled enthusiasm for the practice of law was constructed.
His dream continued with him throughout his years at Cornwall College. Even though this dream was always at the forefront of his mind, his playful nature in his first two years in high school, threatened to thwart his academic success. However, as a ninth grader, he settled down and pursued excellence with such a tenacity never observed in him before. This high level of perseverance continues to be evident in his life today.
After completing 6th form, Denzle worked in the banking sector in Jamaica for a year to earn valuable work experience and to better prepare himself financially before pursuing his law studies abroad. He then immigrated to Florida and commenced undergraduate studies in law and political science. Upon completion of his Bachelors degree, Denzle went on to study law at the Shepard Broad Law School at NSU.
With his dream realized, Denzle is now a dedicated lawyer, who has been helping individuals, families, and businesses with a host of legal matters. He now practices law in, Florida and Jamaica. After working as an assistant public defender in the Broward County Public Defender’s Office, Attorney Latty started his own firm in 2005 focusing primarily on; Criminal Law, Family Law, Personal Injury Law, Immigration Law, Business Law, and general Civil litigation. Attorney Latty has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2002 and the Jamaica Bar since 2009.

Despite a rigorous work schedule, Denzle is committed to living a well-balanced life. He is not only committed to pursuing his own personal dreams but works hard to help others achieve their own. He is involved in numerous community projects and serves on a number of philanthropic boards such as the Excelsior Preparatory School, The Jamaica Special Olympics Board, CC88, Inc. Board, et al. He is also an avid sports fan who enjoys playing soccer and spending quality time with his family and friends.
